1 About the Affiliate Programme

The Prosfores.com.gr Affiliate Programme allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to promote Prosfores.com.gr and refer eligible users, businesses or other qualifying participants to the Platform.

Affiliates may receive a commission for qualifying actions that are successfully recorded and validated by the Prosfores.com.gr affiliate tracking system.

The type of qualifying action, applicable commission and special promotional conditions will be displayed on the Affiliate registration page, Affiliate dashboard or other relevant Prosfores.com.gr programme information.

Participation in the Programme does not guarantee any minimum level of earnings.

2 Eligibility

To participate, an Affiliate must:

• be at least 18 years old if participating as an individual;
• provide accurate and complete registration information;
• provide valid contact and payment information where required;
• have the legal capacity to enter into these Affiliate Terms;
• comply with applicable Greek and European Union law;
• use the Programme for genuine promotional and referral activity.

Businesses, organisations and self-employed professionals may participate where accepted by Prosfores.com.gr.

We may refuse an Affiliate application where we reasonably consider participation fraudulent, misleading, unlawful or harmful to Prosfores.com.gr or its users.

3 Affiliate Account

Each Affiliate is responsible for maintaining the security of their Affiliate account and login credentials.

Account, identity, contact and payment information must remain accurate and up to date.

Unless expressly authorised by Prosfores.com.gr, a person or business may not operate multiple Affiliate accounts to obtain additional commissions, circumvent restrictions or manipulate the Programme.

An Affiliate account may not be sold, transferred or assigned to another person without prior permission.

4 Affiliate Links and Tracking

Prosfores.com.gr may provide unique referral links, codes or other approved tracking methods.

Qualifying referrals must be recorded through an approved Prosfores.com.gr tracking method.

Affiliates must not interfere with, circumvent, modify or manipulate Affiliate tracking technology.

Tracking may depend on cookies, browser technologies, consent preferences and other technical factors.

Where a visitor declines optional Affiliate or marketing tracking, or where tracking is prevented by browser settings, privacy software or technical circumstances, a referral may not be capable of being attributed to an Affiliate.

A commission is payable only where a qualifying action can be reasonably attributed through the applicable Prosfores.com.gr tracking and validation system.

5 Qualifying Referrals

A referral may qualify for commission where:

1. the visitor reaches Prosfores.com.gr through an approved referral method;
2. the required qualifying action is completed;
3. the referral is successfully recorded;
4. the action is genuine and not fraudulent, duplicated or manipulated;
5. all applicable validation requirements are satisfied.

Prosfores.com.gr may use automated and manual methods to validate referrals.

A referral may remain pending until the relevant registration or qualifying event has been verified.

6 Non-Qualifying Referrals

A referral will not qualify where it results from:

• a fake or fabricated user or business;
• duplicate registrations;
• bots, scripts or automated registration software;
• stolen or unauthorised personal information;
• prohibited self-referrals;
• repeated registrations intended to generate commissions;
• false or deliberately misleading information;
• cookie, tracking-code or referral-parameter manipulation;
• artificial traffic or click generation;
• unauthorised incentivised activity;
• fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activity;
• a cancelled, reversed or invalid qualifying action.

Associated commissions may be rejected, cancelled or reversed.

7 Commission Rates

Current commission rates and qualifying actions are shown through the Prosfores.com.gr Affiliate registration page, Affiliate dashboard or other Programme information.

Different qualifying actions may carry different commission amounts.

Prosfores.com.gr may introduce promotional or temporary commission rates.

Future commission rates may be changed prospectively. Material changes affecting future Affiliate earnings may be communicated through the Website, Affiliate dashboard, email or another appropriate method.

Changes to future rates do not automatically invalidate commissions validly earned and approved before the change.

8 Pending, Approved and Rejected Commissions

Commissions may have statuses including pending, approved, rejected, cancelled or paid.

A recorded referral does not automatically create an immediate right to payment.

Prosfores.com.gr may verify:

• whether the referral is genuine;
• whether the qualifying action was completed;
• whether the user or business already existed;
• whether the referral is duplicated;
• whether fraud or manipulation occurred;
• whether Programme requirements were satisfied.

Only approved and payable commissions form part of an Affiliate’s available balance.

9 Payments

Affiliate payments are made according to the payment methods, minimum payout level, payout schedule and other payment conditions displayed in the Affiliate account or Programme information.

Affiliates are responsible for providing correct payment details.

Prosfores.com.gr is not responsible for payment delays caused by incorrect, outdated or incomplete payment information supplied by the Affiliate.

Payment may be held where legally required information or documentation has not yet been provided.

Disputed amounts may be temporarily withheld during an investigation into suspected fraud or Programme violations.

10 Taxes, VAT and Invoicing

Affiliates are responsible for determining and fulfilling their own tax, accounting, VAT, social-security, invoicing and reporting obligations.

Prosfores.com.gr does not provide individual tax or accounting advice.

Where applicable law requires an invoice, receipt, tax document, identification information or other documentation before payment, the Affiliate must provide it.

11 Promotion of Prosfores.com.gr

Affiliates may promote Prosfores.com.gr through legitimate websites, blogs, social media, digital content and other lawful promotional channels.

Promotions must be accurate, transparent and not misleading.

Affiliates must not make false claims regarding Prosfores.com.gr, commissions, offers, businesses or services.

Affiliates must not suggest that they are employees, representatives or agents of Prosfores.com.gr unless expressly authorised.

12 Disclosure of Affiliate Relationship

Affiliates must clearly disclose the commercial nature of Affiliate promotions where required by applicable law.

Affiliate recommendations and advertisements must not misleadingly appear to be independent or non-commercial content.

Appropriate wording may include “affiliate link”, “advertisement”, “sponsored” or another clear equivalent.

The disclosure must be sufficiently clear for an ordinary user to understand that the Affiliate may receive compensation.

13 Email, SMS and Direct Marketing

Affiliates may not promote Prosfores.com.gr using unlawful unsolicited electronic communications.

Where consent is required for email, SMS, messaging-platform marketing or other electronic direct marketing, the Affiliate is responsible for obtaining valid consent.

Unsubscribe, withdrawal and opt-out requests must be respected.

Affiliates may not use purchased, harvested or unlawfully obtained personal contact databases.

14 Social Media Promotion

Social media promotion is permitted provided the Affiliate complies with these Terms, applicable advertising law and the rules of the relevant social media platform.

Affiliates may not create profiles, pages or accounts that falsely appear to be official Prosfores.com.gr accounts.

Usernames and page names must not misleadingly impersonate Prosfores.com.gr or NOA Events Crete.

15 Paid Advertising

Paid advertising may be used unless Prosfores.com.gr expressly restricts a particular method.

Affiliates must not:

• create advertisements that impersonate Prosfores.com.gr;
• make false or misleading claims;
• use deceptive redirects;
• use malicious advertising techniques;
• confuse users about who operates an advertisement.

Additional rules regarding brand bidding or the use of Prosfores trademarks may be introduced where reasonably necessary.

16 Prohibited Promotional Methods

Affiliates must not use:

• spam;
• malware, spyware or malicious software;
• forced clicks;
• hidden Affiliate links;
• cookie stuffing;
• automatic redirects without meaningful user action;
• fake reviews or testimonials;
• impersonation;
• misleading prize or competition claims;
• fabricated discounts or offers;
• fraudulent traffic;
• unlawful content;
• deceptive AI-generated or manipulated content;
• methods intended to circumvent Affiliate tracking.

17 Intellectual Property and Brand Use

Prosfores.com.gr may provide approved logos, banners, images, text or other promotional material.

Affiliates receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable permission to use approved material solely for participation in the Affiliate Programme.

Affiliates may not:

• claim ownership of Prosfores.com.gr intellectual property;
• materially alter logos in a misleading manner;
• register trademarks containing the Prosfores name;
• register misleading domains based on Prosfores branding;
• use branding in a manner that damages or misrepresents Prosfores.com.gr.

18 Affiliate Independence

Participation does not create:

• an employment relationship;
• a partnership;
• a franchise;
• a joint venture;
• an agency relationship;
• authority to enter contracts on behalf of Prosfores.com.gr.

Affiliates operate independently and remain responsible for their own activities, expenses, marketing and legal obligations.

19 Fraud Prevention and Investigation

Prosfores.com.gr may use technical, automated and manual anti-fraud measures to protect the Programme.

Suspicious activity may result in relevant commissions or accounts being placed temporarily under review.

Where fraud or material violations are established, we may:

• reject referrals;
• cancel or reverse commissions;
• restrict Programme functionality;
• suspend the Affiliate account;
• terminate participation.

20 Suspension

An Affiliate account may be temporarily suspended due to suspected fraud, security risks, tracking manipulation, identity misuse, unlawful promotion or serious Programme violations.

New referrals may stop generating payable commissions during suspension.

Approved commissions earned from valid activity before suspension are not automatically forfeited, although directly related payments may remain under review.

21 Termination by Prosfores.com.gr

Participation may be terminated for legitimate reasons including:

• material breach of these Affiliate Terms;
• fraud or attempted fraud;
• repeated prohibited promotional practices;
• deliberate tracking manipulation;
• serious brand impersonation;
• unlawful use of personal data;
• serious security abuse;
• repeated failure to correct violations.

Immediate termination may occur where necessary because of fraud, security, legal obligations or serious abuse.

22 Termination by the Affiliate

An Affiliate may stop participating at any time.

Account closure may be requested through available account facilities or by contacting info@prosfores.com.gr.

Valid approved commissions existing at termination remain subject to payout and verification requirements.

Invalid or fraudulent commissions remain non-payable.

23 Changes to the Affiliate Programme

Prosfores.com.gr may modify the Programme because of platform changes, commercial developments, fraud-prevention requirements, technical changes or legal obligations.

This may include changes to qualifying actions, tracking methods, future commission rates or Programme functionality.

24 Changes to These Affiliate Terms

These Affiliate Terms may be updated from time to time.

The latest version and revision date will be published on Prosfores.com.gr.

Material changes may be communicated through the Website, Affiliate dashboard, email or another appropriate method.

25 Privacy and Affiliate Tracking

Personal information associated with Affiliate accounts is processed in accordance with the Prosfores.com.gr Privacy Policy.

Affiliate tracking technologies are also subject to the Cookie Policy and applicable privacy requirements.

Participation does not automatically authorise an Affiliate to access personal information belonging to Prosfores.com.gr users or businesses.

26 Confidential Information

Non-public information relating to Prosfores.com.gr, fraud-prevention systems, users, business operations or the Affiliate Programme must not be disclosed or misused.

This does not apply to information that:

• is lawfully public;
• was already lawfully known to the Affiliate;
• must legally be disclosed to a competent authority.

27 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Affiliate Terms excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.

Prosfores.com.gr does not guarantee:

• uninterrupted availability of the Programme;
• that every referral will be successfully tracked;
• a particular number of referrals;
• any minimum amount of Affiliate income.

To the extent permitted by law, Prosfores.com.gr is not responsible for losses caused solely by third-party outages, browser restrictions, network failures or lawful privacy settings that prevent tracking.

28 Affiliate Misconduct

To the extent permitted by applicable law, an Affiliate may be responsible for losses, claims, regulatory consequences or reasonable costs caused by their own unlawful or fraudulent Affiliate activity or material breach of these Terms.

This does not make an Affiliate responsible for conduct attributable solely to Prosfores.com.gr or another independent party.

29 No Guaranteed Earnings

Examples or explanations concerning possible Affiliate earnings are illustrative unless expressly stated otherwise.

Actual earnings depend on valid referrals and qualifying actions.

Prosfores.com.gr does not guarantee that an Affiliate will earn any particular amount.

30 Governing Law

These Affiliate Terms are governed by the laws of Greece together with directly applicable European Union law.

Mandatory legal rights and protections that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.

31 Severability

If any provision of these Affiliate Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

32 Relationship with Other Prosfores Terms

These Affiliate Terms supplement the general Prosfores.com.gr Terms of Use.

The following policies may also apply:

• Cookie Policy;
• Accessibility & Inclusion Statement.

Where a specific provision of these Affiliate Terms concerns participation in the Affiliate Programme, that specific provision applies in preference to a more general provision, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

33 Contact
